I've been a Hanes customer for years & placed an order last month, rec'd order confirmation with order # etc.Since then, nothing.

No shipping notice, no tracking number, zero. I can't even login because it tells me that my email address is wrong, which is isn't, it's the same email address the confirmation email was sent to & that I've used for years. Tried to call, stayed on hold for 15 minutes & was cut off. Finally called another number for Hanes & the CSR said that back in August they had a system conversion & that orders had been delayed & backed up since then.

Really?

Then they should have stopped taking orders if they knew they would be unable to fulfill them in a timely manner.Failing that, customers with pending orders should have been sent an email about the delay.
