I placed an order from Champion.com (Owned by Hanesbrands Inc) on December 8th. I called customer service 10 days later to find out why my item hadn't shipped. Customer service told me shipping could take an additional two weeks. I was very upset and emailed customer service with my complaint. The next day my order was sitting at my door. I couldn't be happier that my children will have their gifts in time for Christmas. Customer service went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

COMPLAINT

The current TV ad for men's briefs is offensive. This is the add with the half naked man that at the end is riding a mechanical bull. I am not the only one of the people I know that think this ad is very offensive.

Please get rid of your Hanes separate balls TV ad. It is revolting, disgusting and totally appalling to women as well as to men. It doesn't do anything for the Hanes label!!

Waistbands failing within days of new..

Comfort Flex men's white briefs... Waist band fails on underwear within a few days of new..Bought several replacement packages, same problem. Used to be a loyal Haynes customer... Product is no longer worth buying...

I guess the reason why my account was canceled is because I never ordered anything! 2019-**** I didnt have any teams to order for and now I can order yall made it difficult to order from NuORDER. So it will be hard for me to recommend Hanes Brand to anyone. I understand that this is a business decision and I appreciate it.

Disappointing

Your new commercial. i have purchased Hanes products for many years but I am so offended by your recent commercial "ballance" that it disgusts me... I turn the channel every time it is on. I will not be purchasing your products in the future. I truly believe you crossed the line. The sad thing is that I run a huge department store and we are removing your products from our shelves. I have had many complaints complaints. from

I totally agree. Hanes should be ashamed of their commercial.

It is very disgusting. To watch a male gigalo make love to a mechanical bull and thrust his groin at the camera is abominable, I have enjoyed Hanes products but will no longer buy your products.

Men's Underwear Crawls Up On You

Not well made at all. Used to be better but is now cheapened. Bought a multipack and will dump it because it because the underwear is so hard to wear. Requires constant adjusting. Uncomfortable. They cheapened the product and are charging a high price. Just switched to Jockey, which costs more but is a lot better. h high

Horrible products

Product is smaller than size. One T-shirt had holes. Sides are twisted, Neck is small. GARBAGE. Will never buy again.

i just want to tell you that how good your boxer breifs are how good a selection of breifs that you make i have been useing them for about 15 years keep up the good work thank you .john.

Items not as ordered

I ordered three items from Hanes.com. The first two were for MULTI-Colored Women's Underwear. The third item was for Women's underwear in a different style. My Multi Colored were 100% WHITE. Seriously? And the rest of the order was canceled, but I was not given any shipping discount etc.

Inferior quality in underwear

Used to buy Hanes quite a lot. However, the fabric in the underwear would get holes in it after very little use. Apparently they are making underwear low quality to get people to buy them again as they prematurely wear out. I refuse to buy them now.

I received a text that said I needed to pay one dollar more to get my purchase shipped

I ordered a white hooded full zipper sweatshirt size xl I had aggravation placing the order. My customer service representative said I would pay only 11.00 due to my aggravation. The order was placed. A few days later I received a note from fedex asking for 1.00????

2 out of a pack of 10 weren't sewn together at the seam

Defective merchandise and I wasn't able to take them back to the store because I had thrown out the package and I hadn't used all 10 right away. Haines never answered me about this.
