I purchased 4 pairs of panties and 4 bras from the New River HanesBrands Outlets of Anthem in July 2018. One of the pair of medium sized cotton panties (Maidenform) unraveled/came apart at the seam when washed the very first time.
It is a product defect and is very obvious that it was not sewn together correctly. I took the one pair back to the store on August 1st 2018 to exchange them for another pair and had my receipt with me. The Assistant Manager told me they will not accept returns or exchanges if the tags are off and/or it's washed or worn. I said "so if I buy anything in this store and it falls apart the first time I wash or wear it I can't bring it back"?
She said "yes, that is our policy".
I told her I would never buy another product from their store and she simply didn't care. I called corporate to leave a message and am waiting to hear their response.
