Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I purchased six tshirts for work on 12/29/2017. They shipped them on 1/2/2018.

They have been sitting in the post office in Raleigh NC since 1/3/2018. I called customer service on1/11/2018 and was informed that this was happening all over the country. I pointed out that perhaps they should use fedex or ups instead since I was told that it was due to the service dhl provided. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I was placed on hold I was then hung up on.

I called again on 1/12/2018 and was told that they couldn't reship my order, but they would be happy to recredit my debit card for the amount spent.

Seriously still waiting..... This is the worst experience I've ever had with ordering on line.
